How can I make a reservation?
Via our website using the ‘Search & Book’ function.

Is a reservation necessary?
No, but strongly recommended to avoid disappointment. When fully booked, there is no space even for tents.

From what age can I make a reservation?
From 18 years old at the time of booking.

Where can I find the prices?
Prices vary depending on the period, type of pitch, and extras. Check all rates via ‘Search & Book’.

Is a reservation without obligation?
No. The RECRON terms and conditions apply in case of cancellation. By making a reservation, you agree to these conditions.

How can I cancel?
Only by email. You will receive a confirmation and any payments will be settled accordingly.

How can I pay?
After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation with the available payment options; the camping fee must be paid online in advance within the specified period.

Can I reserve two pitches next to each other?
Yes. Please book two separate reservations and note your request in the comments field. We will do our best to accommodate it.

Do you offer group reservations?
Groups are welcome, provided they register in advance. Please contact the reception for this.

Can I change my reservation?
Yes, changes can be sent to us by email. Please note this depends on availability.

Can I choose a specific pitch?
You can indicate a preference; we will accommodate it as much as possible.

Is last-minute booking possible?
Yes, if there is availability. The best way to check is via ‘Packages’.

Are there special offers or packages?
Sometimes we offer packages for holidays such as Ascension Day, Pentecost, or the high season. These are visible in ‘Search & Book’ when available.

Can I make a reservation by phone?
No, reservations can only be made via our website using the ‘Search & Book’ function.

Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?
Yes, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Please also check your spam folder if you haven’t received it.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in:

• Camping pitches: from 13:30 to 20:00

• Rental accommodations: from 15:00 to 20:00

• In July & August: until 21:00

If arriving after 17:00, please notify us in advance. Use the bell next to reception upon arrival.

Check-out:

• Camping pitches: before 11:30

• Rental accommodations: before 10:00

Thanks to our barrier with license plate recognition, you can leave at any time. Early departure? No problem!

What happens if I arrive later than planned?
No problem if you notify us in advance — you can then check in using the bell next to reception.

What if I want to arrive earlier than the check-in time?
If you arrive early, you can park and explore the site beforehand.

Can I check out later?
Late check-out is sometimes possible outside the high season and only upon request. Please request this at least one day in advance at reception.

Is there luggage storage?
No, we do not have a separate luggage room. However, you can temporarily leave your luggage at reception upon arrival or departure by arrangement.

Can I still use the facilities after check-out?
Yes, usually you can park and use the site briefly, in consultation with the reception.

During Your Stay
Do I have to pay for the shower?
No, showering is free. No coins needed.

Can I place an extra tent?
Yes, a maximum of 1 extra tent of 4 m² per pitch. Not allowed on the tent field — there you must book per tent.

Can I place a party tent?
No, due to the coastal wind this is not permitted.

Where can I park my car?
You can park in the central parking lot, not next to your pitch. There are also 2 charging points for electric cars.

Can I receive visitors?
Yes. Day visitors do not need to register. Overnight visitors do. Visitors can park at the large parking lot next to the campsite.

What plug do I need?
For the electricity connection, you need a blue CEE plug. If you don’t have one, you can borrow one at reception against a €20 deposit.

Is barbecuing allowed?
Yes, provided you:

• barbecuing on a hard surface

• do not use open fire/fire pits

• use firelighters instead of spirit

• have extinguishing means at hand

• allow the grill to cool for at least 12 hours

Are pets allowed?
Dogs are not allowed. Other pets are welcome.

Is there a laundromat?
Yes, there is a washing machine and dryer on site near reception. Tokens are available at reception.

Where can I dispose of my waste?
At the parking lot near reception, there are containers for residual waste, plastic, and glass. Please separate your waste.

Is there Wi-Fi on the campsite?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the site. You will receive the password with your reservation confirmation.

Is there a playground or something for children?
Yes, there is a play area for children on the front site. The beach is also within walking distance.

Are there night restrictions?
Yes, quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. We ask you to respect silence on the site during this period.

Are there charging points for e-bikes?
Yes, every camping pitch has its own power outlet that can also be used to charge e-bikes.

Where can I rent bikes?
You can rent bikes via shop.jagtveld.co.uk/bike-rental or at reception. A city bike costs €15 per day, an e-bike €30.

How does ordering sandwiches work?
You can easily order sandwiches online before 16:30 (for Monday orders before 15:30) via shop.jagtveld.co.uk/sandwiches. Pick them up the next morning at 09:00 at reception.

What to do in bad weather?
If the weather isn’t great, don’t worry — there’s still plenty to do! In our cozy recreation room you can play table tennis, darts, or board games. Prefer to relax? Use the free Wi-Fi or dive into a book.
Want to leave the campsite? The nearby cities of The Hague and Rotterdam offer plenty of indoor activities, museums, shops, and restaurants. Both cities are easily accessible from the campsite by car, public transport, or even by bike. So even a rainy day can be a great holiday day!
